Before you decide
Know the fees. Know the fit.
Management is 25% of the rent your house collects, after guest-paid taxes and platform fees, plus $250 to $400 a month and a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. See the full breakdown and worked example.
We work with owners who want a full-service partner, not a co-host for a few tasks, and can make their home available at least 180 nights a year. Homes should be whole homes, typically three bedrooms or more, guest-ready or with an owner willing to invest to get there, and in places with strong year-round demand. You can still use the house, subject to your agreement and confirmed guest bookings. See whether Haus fits your plans.
